VFBATTERY REPORT

Common Questions

Start with a question. Find the relevant report pages, compare editions and follow reviewed company links to VBD.

Search all report years

Where can I research LFP batteries and other technologies?

Search the reports for a chemistry, technology or application. Results show the edition, page and matching text so you can open the original context. Start across all years, then narrow to a specific edition.

Where is a company mentioned in the Battery Reports?

Search its name, including any former name or abbreviation. Where an identity has been reviewed, results and report pages link to its Battery Business Directory profile. Company linking is still being reviewed; missing links do not mean a company is absent from the reports.

How can I compare the battery industry across years?

Search the same term across editions, then compare the original pages. Check each chart’s source, geography, units and period: an edition year is not necessarily the year measured, and forecasts should not be read as actual results.

How do I go from report research to finding battery suppliers?

Use report pages to understand a topic and identify companies, then explore reviewed company profiles and categories in Volta Foundation’s Battery Business Directory. A historical mention is not proof of current products, external sales, manufacturing location or inventory. Confirm your requirements with the company.

How do I download a report or share the source of a claim?

Open an edition and use its Download link to request that year’s PDF. To share evidence, open the exact report page and copy its link. Include the edition and page number, and retain the original source attribution printed on the page.
